In order to compensate this innocent passerby who was tortured, the Space-Time Administration preserved his memory, sent him to the HP world, and gave him the identity of a wizard. 0025 "Don't worry, host, our Space-Time Administration will give you a complete life." Carl "Then why did you send me to the pre-war era, or the parent generation?"
